3 Days Tour

This 3 days tour from Marrakech to the Desert of Merzouga starts with a pick up from your hotel/riad or everywhere you want. Departure at 8:00 am from Marrakech to the Valley of Dades through the Tizi-N-Tichka pass —2,260 meters high (7,474 ft.) from the ground— in the High Atlas Mountains. From Marrakech to Ouarzazate, you’ll enjoy the panoramic of that road, beautiful landscapes with different colours many Berber villages along the way! You’ll have free time here to visit the old Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou before we get to Kasbah of Taourirt in Ouarzazate and have free time for lunch. Afterwards, you’ll go further south-east to the Valleyof Dades and the Valley of Roses through the fascinating Skoura Palm Grove. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel/riad.

After breakfast, departure from the Valley of Dades to Tinghir and the Gorges of Todra in order to continue to Merzouga. We’ll go through the Gorges and afterwards we’ll leave to see Erfoud and the Tinjdad Palm Grove (free time for lunch). We’ll also visit Touroug. We’ll continue to the amazing dunes of Merzouga (Erg Chebbi). We’ll take a break at hotel and then we’ll ride by camels to the dunes to contemplate the sunset and spend the night in the middle of the desert. Dinner and overnight stay in a Berber tent.

Early in the morning your guide will wake you up to watch the sunrise from the dunes and, we’ll return by camels to the Hotel. After breakfast we’ll start our way back to Marrakech through the Palm Grove of Tafilalet. We’ll visit Rissani and its huge market and we’ll continue through the Valley of Draa going to Ouarzazate. Free time for lunch before we return to the road back to Marrakech. Arrival in the evening and drop off at your hotel/riad.
